We develop across the commercial spectrum, but we do not underwrite every asset class the same way. What decides an industrial deal is not what decides a hotel, and treating them identically is how a firm ends up with one good year and one very bad one.
Each sector below sets out what we build in it and the specific questions our underwriting has to answer before we commit capital. Single-family homes and residential brokerage are outside what we do; income-producing multifamily and build-to-rent are in, classified as the commercial assets they are.
