As founder of REDPartners, Babar leads land acquisition, capital formation, and investor relationships. Across two decades in real estate he has carried projects from raw-land underwriting and entitlement through capitalization, delivery, and exit, and he co-invests personally in every project the firm undertakes.
Asif is one of the founding partners of REDPartners. Trained as an architect, he has spent more than twenty years in retail real estate, design, and construction. He is Vice President of Real Estate and Development at ATW, the North American trailer manufacturer behind Big Tex Trailers and a Bain Capital portfolio company. Before ATW, he rose to Vice President of Real Estate at Conn's HomePlus, leading new store openings and leases with national shopping-center landlords. Earlier, he ran international property development for Costa Coffee across the Middle East, North Africa, and India.
