Founded by Babar Khan, REDPartners was built on a conviction: development is an execution business. Projects are won in diligence, in entitlement hearings, and on job sites — not in pitch decks. So we underwrite our own land, structure our own capital, and manage our own construction.
We are a boutique firm by design. We take on a limited number of projects at a time so that a principal — never a hand-off — leads every site, every capital relationship, and every trade contract. And because we invest our own capital in every project, our underwriting carries the same risk we ask our partners to take.
We develop nothing we wouldn't be proud to own for a decade — and we put our own money into every project we ask a partner to back.
What REDPartners is not
We are not a brokerage, and we do not list or sell single-family homes. We are a principal developer: we take positions, we carry risk, and we co-invest. If you need an agent, we are the wrong firm — and we are glad to say so early.
